Lesson 2: Discipleship 102 (The Fall of Man)
The Fall of Man should not be interpreted that sin is an accident, man voluntarily transgressed with full knowledge of the consequences. Such as it is today, temptation is purposeful and submission to it involves willing consent on our part. But praise God for His son, Jesus Christ, who gave His life so that we might live! Praise God that our Sovereign Lord and Savior Jesus Christ had a plan for our redemption. He knew that man would fall from Him and sin but His love for mankind was greater than any action that man could take. His love of forgiveness and salvation to bring us back into His presence. Hallelujah and praise God!

Lesson 3: Discipleship 102 (Justification)
We teach that Justification before God is an act of God (Romans 8:30,33) by which He declares righteousness to those who, through faith in Christ, repent of their sins and confess Him as Sovereign Lord. This righteousness is apart from any virtue or work of man and involves the placing of our sins on Christ and the imputation of Christ's righteousness to us (I Corinthians 1:2,30; 6:1, 2 Corinthians 5:21). By this means God has"...demonstrate[ed]...His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus" (Romans 3:26). Thank you Lord!
Watch the slideshow below to explore this topic further. God has acquitted your charges of guilt, to declare you righteous! Hallelujah!

Hallelujah, thank God that in Christ we have all the benefits of knowing God - being chosen for salvation, being adopted as His children, having the hope of living forever with Christ because we have an intimate relationship with Christ! Amen, Amen! God Himself justified us! "Because of the sacrifice of the Messiah, His blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we are free people-free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely free either; Abundantly free!" Ephesians 1:3-8 (The Message Bible Translation)

Now on to the final lesson in this module "Sanctification!"
Lesson 5: Discipleship 102 (Sanctification)
We teach that every believer is sanctified (set apart) unto God for justification and is therefore declared to be holy and therefore identified as a Saint. This sanctification has to do with the believers' standing before a Holy God, not his present walk or condition. God has set you apart to use you for His work in His kingdom. God is sovereign and can choose anyone to open up new work for His kingdom. Aren't you glad you were chosen! Hallelujah, let's explore more deeply this topic of sanctification. Watch the slideshow below and ask God to help you with understanding your divine purpose as one of His chosen ones set apart.
God provides us help in our growth toward sanctification. Praise God for the tools He has given us for our walk to be worthy of the Lord in pleasing Him. Thank you Lord for Your plan on the lives of Your Children!
We pray that after viewing the slideshow your understanding has grown in the knowledge of the Lord and all that He has given us to be pleasing before Him! To God be the Glory!!

This concludes Module II "Church Doctrines," We pray you now understand that we are a church that believes that there is only one Living and True God. We believe that God is perfect in all His attributes existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each equally deserving worship and obedience.
We further believe before conversion - we were dead, depraved, and connected with the evil one. We were spiritually dead as a result of sins. After conversion we pray to the Father whenever we want. We understand that the Holy Spirit lives within us and will never leave or forsake us.God had a plan of redemption for us after the Fall of Man! HALLELUJAH!
We teach Justification before God is an act of God by which He declares righteous those who repent of their sins and confess Him as Lord.
Another of our doctrines of belief is that God's Purpose for his children was settled before the foundation of the world. God has always known you. God's love is eternal, His wisdom and power is supreme. He will guide and protect you until you one day stand in His presence.
Finally we believe Sanctification is God's chosen ones being set apart for His divine purpose. God has set us apart to use us for His glory in His kingdom. We are so glad that you chose to be apart of Mt. Pleasant!
